Termini e Condizioni di utilizzo del sito GeTicket – Aggiornamento del 15/10/2021
I seguenti “Termini e Condizioni di utilizzo del sito GeTicket” (“Termini e Condizioni”) regolano i rapporti tra UniCredit S.p.A. (di seguito “UniCredit”), con sede legale e Direzione Generale in Milano, piazza Gae Aulenti 3 - Tower A, capitale sociale € 20.846.893.436,94 interamente versato, iscrizione al Registro delle imprese di Milano – Monza – Brianza – Lodi, codice fiscale e partita IVA n. 00348170101, aderente al Fondo Interbancario di tutela dei Depositi, Banca iscritta all'albo delle Banche e Capogruppo del Gruppo Bancario UniCredit - Albo dei Gruppi Bancari cod. 02008.1, titolare del marchio GeTicket, e gli utenti del servizio Geticket come di seguito descritto.
1. Oggetto del Servizio
1.1 Il servizio GeTicket (“Servizio”) consiste nella fornitura da parte di UniCredit del servizio di intermediazione di vendita on-line, in nome e per conto di soggetti terzi, tramite il sito internet https://www.geticket.it (il ”Sito”):
a) di titoli (“Biglietti”) validi per l’accesso a eventi musicali, sportivi, teatrali, culturali e di intrattenimento in genere organizzati, gestiti e proposti da soggetti terzi e non da UniCredit (di seguito “Organizzatori”); e
b) di altri beni e servizi diversi rientranti nei settori dello sport, dello spettacolo, della cultura e/o dei trasporti (“Prodotti”) proposti da soggetti terzi e non da UniCredit (di seguito “Venditori”).
1.2 UniCredit si riserva la facoltà di modificare in qualsiasi momento, e senza necessità di fornire alcun preavviso, i presenti Termini e Condizioni. E’ onere dell'utente visionare i Termini e Condizioni prima di iniziare la navigazione nel Sito, fermo restando l’impegno di UniCredit a dare adeguata evidenza delle modifiche apportate per quanto possibile. E’ esclusivo onere e responsabilità dell’utente verificare se siano intervenute variazioni nei Termini e Condizioni ogni qualvolta accede e naviga nel Sito.
1.3 I contenuti degli Organizzatori e dei Venditori pubblicati sul Sito riguarderanno specifici eventi musicali, sportivi, teatrali, culturali e di intrattenimento in genere, e/o prodotti e servizi. In ogni caso, tutti i contenuti riferiti agli Organizzatori e ai Venditori, anche congiuntamente, sono comunque stati predisposti e realizzati dagli Organizzatori e dai Venditori medesimi a loro esclusivo onere, cura e scelta e come tali sono imputabili esclusivamente alla loro condotta e responsabilità. Pertanto UniCredit non assume alcuna responsabilità né offre alcuna garanzia, affidamento o assicurazione in ordine a tali contenuti.
1.4 Il servizio è rivolto ad utenti che utilizzano GeTicket per l'acquisto di biglietti ad uso personale, con esclusione di rivendita o di altra forma di collocamento a soggetti terzi realizzata in violazione delle prescrizioni di legge o dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.
1.5 Si invita a prendere visione e leggere con attenzione l’Informativa Privacy del Sito e l’informativa sull’utilizzo dei cookies di UniCredit, consultabili sul Sito.
1.6 UniCredit effettua il servizio di intermediazione di vendita di “Biglietti”, in nome e per conto di soggetti terzi, anche attraverso altri canali di vendita consultabili sul sito di UniCredit.
2. Accesso al Servizio
2.1 Per poter utilizzare il Servizio l’utente è tenuto a:
(a) accettare i presenti “Termini e Condizioni”;
(b) completare il modulo on-line di richiesta dei dati anagrafici dell’utente, prendere visione dell’Informativa Privacy ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento EU 679/2016, esprimere le proprie preferenze in relazione alle finalità di trattamento per le quali è previsto un consenso specifico dell’utente conformemente alla suddetta Informativa Privacy;
(c) indicare un indirizzo email attivo e accessibile (“Username”), e a scegliere una password di accesso personale (“Password”).
2.2 Username e Password costituiscono le credenziali di accesso che identificano l’utente in modo univoco e consentono all’utente di effettuare il login al Sito, e pertanto sono strettamente personali, non possono essere utilizzati da due postazioni diverse contemporaneamente e non possono essere né trasferite né cedute a terzi. L’utente è tenuto a mantenere costantemente aggiornati i propri dati di registrazione e a garantire che essi siano validi, veritieri, accurati e corretti e non violino diritti di terzi. La mancata compilazione di tutti i campi indicati come obbligatori nel modulo on-line di richiesta dei dati anagrafici dell’utente non renderà possibile la fruizione del Servizio da parte dell’utente.
2.3 L’utente sarà interamente responsabile di tutte le operazioni eseguite utilizzando le proprie credenziali di accesso e sarà pertanto obbligo dell’utente mantenere strettamente riservati e segreti questi dati, e dare immediata comunicazione a UniCredit tramite il Servizio Clienti Geticket in caso di loro utilizzo senza autorizzazione dell’utente. Ciascun utente sarà ritenuto pienamente e completamente responsabile di ogni atto o fatto compiuto utilizzando le proprie credenziali di accesso e UniCredit non potrà essere ritenuta in alcun modo responsabile per qualsiasi uso scorretto o illegittimo delle credenziali di accesso effettuato da utenti o da qualsivoglia terzo.
2.4 Ciascun utente può usufruire di una sola registrazione al Sito. E' quindi vietato all'utente creare sul Sito più account riferibili alla stessa persona fisica, anche se i dati utilizzati corrispondono al vero. Nel caso di violazione di tale divieto, fermo restando quanto previsto all' art. 2.5 che segue, UniCredit si riserva la facoltà di chiudere tutti gli account riferibili alla stessa persona. L'utente si impegna inoltre a tenere UniCredit indenne e manlevata da qualsiasi danno e/o obbligo risarcitorio derivante da e/o in qualsiasi modo collegato alla violazione da parte dell'utente del divieto di cui al presente articolo.
2.5 UniCredit si riserva il diritto di inibire ad un utente l’accesso al Servizio come pure di interrompere l’operatività delle credenziali di accesso immediatamente e senza preavviso nel caso in cui ritenga che vi sia una violazione sostanziale delle disposizioni di cui alle presenti condizioni generali di utilizzo del Servizio e/o qualora constati che:
(a) i dati dell’utente non risultino veri, validi, accurati, corretti, e/o aggiornati; e/o
(b) si siano verificati eventi correlati all’illecito utilizzo delle credenziali di accesso; e/o
(c) il Servizio sia stato utilizzato in modo distorto o per scopi illeciti da parte dell’utente; e/o
d) i Biglietti siano stati acquistati per essere rivenduti a soggetti terzi (anche senza maggiorazione di prezzo); e/o
v (d) sussista un giustificato motivo.
2.5 il Servizio è riservato ad utenti maggiorenni. Nel caso in cui l’utente sia minorenne può avvalersi del Servizio coinvolgendo un genitore o un tutore.
3. Procedura di Acquisto di Biglietti e di Prodotti
3.1 L’utente può visualizzare le informazioni relative agli Eventi e ai Prodotti tempo per tempo disponibili per la vendita, e selezionare per l’acquisto i Biglietti e/o i Prodotti.
3.2 L’utente può consultare la scheda relativa all’Evento e/o al Prodotto di proprio interesse, prendere visione di tutte le relative informazioni e caratteristiche e delle informazioni precontrattuali e condizioni generali di vendita proposte dall’Organizzatore e/o dal Venditore.
3.3 L’acquisto del Biglietto e/o del Prodotto è sempre subordinato alla preventiva presa visione delle informazioni precontrattuali e approvazione delle condizioni generali di acquisto, predisposte dall’Organizzatore e/o dal Venditore e presenti nella pagine del Sito afferenti al Biglietto e/o Prodotto che l’Utente intende acquistare, all’atto della conclusione dell’acquisto.
3.4 Il prezzo dei Biglietti e dei Prodotti è riportato sulla relativa scheda, ivi inclusi gli eventuali diritti di prevendita e le spese applicati dall’Organizzatore e/o dal Venditore. Eventuali maggiorazioni relative a specifici Eventi e/o Prodotti saranno esplicitamente evidenziate nella pagina di riepilogo generale precedente la fase di pagamento.
3.5 Il prezzo dei Biglietti e dei Prodotti, così come le commissioni di servizio e le eventuali spese di spedizione, nonché qualsiasi altro prezzo esposto sul Sito, devono intendersi inclusivi dell’IVA applicabile.
3.6 Al fine di perfezionare l’acquisto è necessario completare interamente la procedura di pagamento. Il mancato completamento della procedura di pagamento determina l’impossibilità di perfezionare il processo di acquisto.
3.7 Il prezzo del Biglietto e/o del Prodotto è quello comunicato dall’Organizzatore e/o dal Venditore al momento del completamento dell’operazione di acquisto da parte dell’utente. L’eventuale minor prezzo che successivamente all’acquisto da parte dell’utente venisse applicato: - dall’Organizzatore ai Biglietti della medesima tipologia ovvero con riguardo ad Eventi da tenersi in una particolare data; - dal Venditore al Prodotto acquistato dall’utente; non da diritto all’utente al rimborso della differenza.
3.8 Non sono possibili in nessun caso: - la sostituzione del Biglietto con un diverso Biglietto per un altro Evento; - il rilascio di una copia del Biglietto.
3.9 E' vietato all'utente l'acquisto di Biglietti per la rivendita a soggetti terzi (anche senza maggiorazione di prezzo); In questo caso UniCredit si riserva il diritto di annullare i Biglietti e segnalare eventuali abusi alle Autorità competenti in materia di secondary Ticketing.
4. Modalità di pagamento e misure di sicurezza
4.1 L’utente è tenuto a pagare il Corrispettivo indicato dal Sito al momento dell’ordine di acquisto, seguendo le istruzioni di volta in volta ivi indicate. La modalità di pagamento è segnalata nella pagina di riepilogo generale precedente la fase di pagamento.
4.2 E’ possibile eseguire i pagamenti delle transazioni on-line con carta di credito MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, VISA e VISA ELECTRON ed altro se diversamente specificato alla pagina di riepilogo di cui al precedente punto.
4.3 Qualora il pagamento non risultasse regolarmente eseguito, il relativo ordine potrà essere annullato da UniCredit in qualsiasi momento.
4.4 Qualora l’utente contesti la nullità/invalidità/inefficacia dell’ordine di pagamento, resta ferma la facoltà di UniCredit e del Venditore di adire, anche tramite terzi dagli stessi incaricati, i competenti organi giudiziari per il recupero nei confronti dell’utente del Corrispettivo dovuto, oltre ai relativi oneri e spese, e del risarcimento del danno.
4.5 Per garantire la massima sicurezza, le transazioni on line degli acquisti sul Sito vengono effettuate tramite secure server, con certificazione Very Sign, che adotta il sistema di protezione SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
5. Conferma di acquisto
5.1 Il perfezionamento dell’acquisto del biglietto sarà possibile solo in caso di regolare addebito del costo dello stesso sulla carta di credito di cui al precedente art. 4.2. L’utente riceverà via mail dal sistema di pagamento la conferma del regolare addebito del costo dell’acquisto del biglietto ovvero la comunicazione di mancato addebito.
5.2 Una volta perfezionato il pagamento, il biglietto acquistato potrà essere scaricato direttamente dalla pagina di conferma dell’ordine ovvero accedendo con le proprie credenziali all’area personale dal menù “lista ordini”.
5.3 Qualora l’utente non riesca, per qualsiasi motivo, ad effettuare il download del biglietto acquistato, potrà richiedere al Servizio Clienti GeTicket l’invio dello stesso a mezzo e-mail.
6. Consegna
6.1 La modalità di consegna all’utente acquirente di Biglietti e Prodotti è specificata sulla pagina di riepilogo generale precedente la fase di pagamento.
6.2 Sono possibili diversi tipi di consegna:.
- RITIRO IN BIGLIETTERIA: l’utente deve presentarsi alla biglietteria dell’evento selezionato a partire da un’ora prima dell’inizio dello stesso evento presentando la stampa della conferma di acquisto ed un documento di identità. Qualora il ritiro del biglietto avvenga da parte di una persona incaricata dall’utente, essa dovrà essere munita del buono di ritiro inviato da UniCredit, di un documento personale, di una delega dell’utente e di una copia di un documento d’identità dell’utente;.
- RITIRO PRESSO PUNTO VENDITA: salvo ove diversamente previsto nelle informazioni precontrattuali e condizioni generali di vendita proposte dal Venditore, l’utente deve presentarsi al punto del vendita indicato dal Venditore al momento dell’acquisto del Prodotto presentando la stampa della conferma di acquisto ed un documento di identità. Qualora il ritiro del Prodotto avvenga da parte di una persona incaricata dall’utente, essa dovrà essere munita del buono di ritiro inviato da UniCredit, di un documento personale, di una delega dell’utente e di una copia di un documento d’identità dell’utente;.
- Print@home (produzione di titolo “print at home con barcode”): se scelta dall’utente, nei casi in cui sia disponibile durante il processo di acquisto, l’accesso all’evento potrà avvenire mediante esibizione della stampa del biglietto scaricato dall’area personale o all’atto dell’acquisto;.
- INVIO AL DOMICILIO DELL’UTENTE: l’utente potrà chiedere, nei casi in cui sia disponibile durante il processo di acquisto, la consegna a domicilio tramite corriere espresso. Le spese di spedizione sono a carico dell’utente. Le modalità ed i termini di consegna sono indicati nella conferma di acquisto disponibile nell’area personale. La consegna avviene secondo tempi e costi che dipendono dal luogo di destinazione indicato dall’utente. L’utente è tenuto ad accertarsi di aver comunicato correttamente e senza errori i dati relativi al proprio domicilio e, ove diverso, dell’indirizzo di spedizione del Biglietto/Prodotto acquistato..
7. Modifiche, rinvio o annullamento dell’Evento.
7.1 Nel caso si verifichino dei cambiamenti nella programmazione e/o nell’orario di un Evento, il portatore del biglietto dovrà rivolgersi direttamente all’Organizzatore per ottenere la sostituzione del Biglietto, oppure il rimborso del costo sostenuto. L’utente prende atto che le suddette operazioni di sostituzione e rimborso saranno effettuate esclusivamente in conformità alle disposizioni che saranno rese note di volta in volta dall’Organizzatore, il quale sarà in ogni caso l’unico soggetto responsabile di tali cambiamenti di programmazione e annullamenti degli Eventi..
7.2 L’utente prende atto che il rimborso non comprende né le commissioni corrisposte per l’erogazione del Servizio né le eventuali spese di spedizione del Biglietto. Sarà, inoltre, nella libera facoltà dell’Organizzatore escludere, di volta in volta, il rimborso dei diritti di prevendita. L’utente prende atto altresì che, salvo diverse indicazioni dell’Organizzatore, le spese di spedizione relative alla richiesta di rimborso rimarranno a carico dell’utente stesso..
8. Servizio Clienti GeTicket.
8.1 Per informazioni relative agli ordini effettuati tramite il Sito, e in caso di problemi nella procedura di registrazione al Sito o di accesso al Sito, è disponibile il Servizio Clienti GeTicket contattabile tempo per tempo ai recapiti indicati sul Sito e via e-mail all’indirizzo servizioclienti@geticket.it..
8.2 Il Servizio Clienti GeTicket fornirà, inoltre, le informazioni e i riferimenti di contatto degli Organizzatori e/o dei Venditori relativamente alle attività di vendita e post vendita..
8.3 Per maggiori informazioni sui resi e recessi o per attivare una procedura di “Reclamo” l’utente dovrà fare riferimento a termini, modalità e condizioni specificate da ciascun Organizzatore e/o Venditore per ogni Biglietto e/o Prodotto nelle condizioni generali di vendita e/o contattare il Servizio di Assistenza relativo all’Organizzatore e/o al Venditore dal quale ha effettuato l’acquisto..
9. Diritto di recesso.
9.1 Ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1 lett. n), del Decreto Legislativo 6 ottobre 2005 n. 206 (il“Codice del Consumo”) alle transazioni relative all’acquisto di Biglietti perfezionate tramite il Servizio non è applicabile l’esercizio del diritto di recesso di cui agli artt.52 e ss. dello stesso Codice del Consumo.
9.2 Il diritto di recesso trova invece applicazione con riferimento alla compravendita a distanza di Prodotti, qualora l’utente acquirente sia qualificabile come Consumatore ai sensi del Codice del Consumo, salvo che tali beni rientrino nelle categorie per le quali lo stesso diritto di recesso è espressamente escluso dall’art. 59 del Codice del Consumo. In tal caso, il diritto di recesso potrà essere esercitato entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui l’utente ha acquisito il possesso fisico del bene acquistato, oppure entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui l’utente ha concluso il contratto relativo al servizio acquistato.
9.3 L’utente è invitato a leggere con attenzione le condizioni generali di vendita pubblicate sul Sito da ciascun Organizzatore e/o Venditore per ogni Biglietto e/o Prodotto, nelle quali sono specificati termini, modalità, condizioni, esclusioni e limitazioni relative all’esercizio del recesso.
10. Limitazioni di responsabilità e di garanzie
10.1 Salvo il caso di dolo o colpa grave, UniCredit non assume alcuna responsabilità per danni di qualsiasi natura, diretti o indiretti, perdite, pregiudizi e spese derivanti dall'indisponibilità o cattivo funzionamento del Servizio, e in particolare del Sito.
10.2 E' esclusa la responsabilità di UniCredit per inadempimenti ai propri obblighi contrattuali dovuti a causa di forza maggiore, intendendosi per tale qualsiasi evento da considerarsi fuori dal ragionevole controllo di UniCredit, quali, a titolo esemplificativo: disservizi, interruzioni, ritardi o errori dovuti alla rete elettrica o internet, e in generale qualunque atto o fatto anche di terzi che non sia sotto il controllo di UniCredit o ad essa imputabile, ivi compresi i casi di: i) indisponibilità o cattivo funzionamento delle procedure di pagamento online; ii) cancellazioni, modifiche di programmazione degli Eventi da parte dell'Organizzatore; iii) ritardi del corriere espresso nella consegna dei Biglietti e/o dei Prodotti.
10.3 E' esclusiva responsabilità dell’utente dotare i propri strumenti elettronici, utilizzati per l'accesso al Sito tramite la rete internet, di programmi e sistemi finalizzati a garantire una navigazione sicura nelle reti telematiche ed un'adeguata protezione da virus e da altri programmi dannosi.
10.4 Nel fornire il Servizio UniCredit agisce per conto di organizzatori terzi e non ha alcuna responsabilità nella gestione ed organizzazione degli eventi pubblicati attraverso il Servizio. Al riguardo, si evidenzia che gli eventi pubblicati attraverso il Servizio possono subire variazioni indipendentemente dalla volontà di UniCredit. UniCredit, pertanto, non può essere ritenuta in alcun modo responsabile di eventuali variazioni di programma degli eventi pubblicati attraverso il Sito e, a tal fine, l’utente è tenuto a verificare sempre e in ogni caso gli eventi in programma direttamente sul sito ufficiale dei relativi Organizzatori. UniCredit non può, altresì, essere ritenuta in alcun modo responsabile di eventuali danni, disagi, inconvenienti o disservizi subiti dall’utente del Servizio per fatti imputabili agli Organizzatori, e nel caso di annullamento o rinvio da parte degli Organizzatori dell’evento per il quale il Servizio abbia fornito il Biglietto.
10.5 Tutte le garanzie, comprese le garanzie di legge, relative ai contenuti dei Venditori e a Prodotti oggetto delle relative Offerte, nonché di ogni eventuale rapporto contrattuale tra l’utente e uno o più Venditori, sono ad esclusivo carico ed obbligo del Venditore di riferimento, che è l'unico responsabile dell'attività dallo stesso svolta, nonché l'unico garante e responsabile dei prodotti e servizi offerti. UniCredit non presta alcuna garanzia ed affidamento circa il contenuto, la completezza e la correttezza dei contenuti, delle offerte nonché della documentazione, pubblicati sul Sito nelle pagine dei Venditori, né assume alcuna responsabilità in relazione ai prodotti e/o servizi pubblicizzati dai Venditori e/o in merito al contenuto, alla completezza ed alla correttezza delle informazioni precontrattuali e delle condizioni generali di vendita o fornitura predisposte dai Venditori e riportate sul Sito in ciascuna offerta. Nei limiti previsti dalla legge applicabile, UniCredit esclude qualsiasi garanzia, espressa o implicita e non sarà responsabile dei danni di qualsiasi genere causati dall’uso del presente Sito, inclusi, a titolo meramente esemplificativo, danni diretti, indiretti, accidentali, punitivi e consequenziali. UniCredit, inoltre, non risponderà né assumerà alcuna responsabilità, obbligo e garanzia relativamente a qualsivoglia azione, danno (anche indiretto), pregiudizio, perdita, procedimento, sanzione e pretesa subita dall’utente in conseguenza dell’accesso e della navigazione nel Sito.
11. Diritti di proprietà industriale e intellettuale
11.1 Tutti i contenuti presenti o resi disponibili attraverso il Sito, in particolare testi, elementi grafici, pulsanti di icone, file, download digitali, raccolte di dati e software, sono tutelati dalle norme in materia di diritto d'autore e di proprietà industriale e/o intellettuale; in particolare i marchi, nomi, loghi, domini, denominazioni sociali, ditte ed insegne presenti sul Sito sono nella titolarità dei rispettivi titolari e quindi protetti dalla vigente normativa in materia di segni distintivi.
11.2 All'utente è concesso unicamente il diritto personale, non esclusivo e non trasmissibile a terzi, di accesso, utilizzo e navigazione nel Sito e di accesso e consultazione delle relative pagine web e dei relativi contenuti nei limiti consenti dal Sito, escluso ogni altro diritto e facoltà; pertanto è fatto espresso divieto di copiare e/o riprodurre in qualsiasi forma, in tutto o in parte, pagine web, fotografie, testi e altri elementi del Sito e dei contenuti senza la preventiva autorizzazione di UniCredit e/o dei rispettivi terzi titolari.
11.3 Tutti i software utilizzati per questo Sito sono di proprietà di UniCredit o dei relativi titolari e sono protetti dalle leggi italiane e dalle normative internazionali in materia di diritto d’autore e proprietà industriale. Non è possibile procedere al framing o utilizzare tecniche di framing per appropriarsi indebitamente di qualsiasi marchio, logo o altra informazione proprietaria (inclusi immagini, testo, impostazioni di pagina, o formato) di UniCredit e/o dei rispettivi titolari.
12. Legge applicabile e foro competente
12.1 I presenti “Termini e Condizioni di utilizzo del sito GeTicket” sono disciplinati dalla Legge Italiana.
12.2 Qualora l’utente del Servizio sia un Consumatore, qualsiasi controversia relativa alla validità, interpretazione, esecuzione e/o risoluzione di atti giuridicamente rilevanti correlati all’utilizzo del Servizio saranno devoluti alla competenza del giudice del luogo di residenza o domicilio elettivo dell’utente stesso.
12.3 Qualora l’utente del Servizio non sia un Consumatore, qualsiasi controversia relativa alla validità, interpretazione, esecuzione e/o risoluzione di atti giuridicamente rilevanti correlati all’utilizzo del Servizio saranno devoluti alla competenza esclusiva del Foro di Milano.
L’utente, anche ai sensi degli artt. 1341 e 1342 c.c. accetta espressamente le seguenti condizioni contrattuali: art 1.2 – facoltà di Unicredit di modificare i Termini e Condizioni; art. 1.3 – limitazione di responsabilità; art. 2.3 – esenzione da responsabilità; art. 2.4 – facoltà di sospendere il servizio; Art. 3.9 - divieto di acquisto Biglietti per la rivendita a soggetti terzi; art. 4.3 – annullamento dell’acquisto; art. 5.3 – esenzione da responsabilità; art. 7 - Modifiche, rinvio o annullamento dell’Evento – esenzione da responsabilità; art. 10 – esenzione da responsabilità; art. 12.3 – deroghe alla competenza dell’autorità giudiziaria.
Ti informiamo che a partire dal giorno 20.12.2021 il portale www.geticket.it non eroga più i suoi servizi.
I biglietti acquistati per il Festival Lirico 2022 presso l'Arena di Verona rimangono validi. Per qualsiasi ulteriore informazione relativa agli spettacoli, ti invitiamo a tenere monitorato il sito www.arena.it.

Call Center
I sistemi e le procedure preposti al funzionamento del Call Center della Banca, acquisiscono alcuni dati riferiti alle chiamate dei clienti. In questa categoria rientrano il numero remoto del chiamante (laddove non occultato), i dati di navigazione nell'alberatura dell'IVR (cioè le azioni/digitazioni che il cliente compie per accedere ai vari servizi), durata della chiamata, nonché solo nei casi espressamente previsti e previo avviso all'interessato, registrazione audio della chiamata. I dati sopra citati vengono trattati al fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull'utilizzo del Call Center, per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e garantirne la sicurezza, nonché per l'accertamento di responsabilità in caso di eventuali illeciti, ai danni di UniCredit S.p.A. o dei clienti della stessa.
Facoltatività del conferimento dei dati personali
A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione, l'utente è libero di fornire i dati personali riportati negli appositi moduli elettronici di richiesta, nelle sezioni del sito web predisposte per particolari servizi a richiesta. Modalità del trattamento e misure di sicurezza

The following “Terms and conditions for the utilisation of the GeTicket website” (“Terms and Conditions”) regulate the relations between UniCredit S.p.A. (hereinafter “UniCredit”), with registered office and head office in Milan, piazza Gae Aulenti 3 - Tower A, share capital € € 20.846.893.436,94 fully paid up, registration number in the companies register of Rome, tax code, and VAT number 00348170101, member of the Inter-Bank Fund for the Protection of Deposits, bank registered in the Register of Banks and parent company of the UniCredit Banking Group - Register of Banking Groups code 02008.1, holder of the GeTicket trademark, and the users of the GeTicket as described hereafter.
1. Object of the Service
1.1 The GeTicket service (“Service”) consists in UniCredit providing an intermediation service, in the name and on behalf of third parties, for the on-line sale through the website https://www.geticket.it (the ”Site”):
a) of admission tickets (“Tickets”) for music, sports, theatre, cultural, and, in general, entertainment events organised, managed, and offered by third parties and not by UniCredit (hereinafter “Organisers”); and
b) of various other goods and services within the sectors of sports, shows, culture, and/or transportation (“Products”) offered by third parties and not by UniCredit (hereinafter “Sellers”).
1.2 UniCredit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and without having to give any advance notice. The user is responsible for verifying the Terms and Conditions before starting to navigate the Site, without prejudice to UniCredit's undertaking to suitably highlight the changes made, as far as possible. The user has the exclusive responsibility for verifying, whenever he/she accesses and navigates the site, whether any changes were made to the Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The contents of the Organisers and Sellers published on the site shall concern specific music, sports, theatre, cultural, and, in general, entertainment events and/or products and services. In any case, all contents referring to the Organisers and Sellers, also jointly, are prepared and produced by said Organisers and Sellers under their own exclusive responsibility and care, and at their choice; therefore, they are imputable exclusively to their conduct and responsibility. Consequently, UniCredit does not assume any responsibility and does not provide any guarantee, endorsement, or insurance for said contents.
1.4 The Customer undertakes to purchase the tickets on Geticket for personal use only with the exclusion of profit-making business or resale to third parties made in violation of legal requirements or these terms and conditions.
1.5 The user is invited to read carefully the information on privacy and on the use of cookies by UniCredit; the information can be consulted on the site.
1.6 UniCredit offers the intermediation service for the ticket sale in its own name and for a third-party account, also through other sales channels that can be consulted on the UniCredit web page
2. Access to the Service
2.1 In order to use the Service, the user must:
(a) accept these "Terms and Conditions;"
(b) complete the online form providing the user’s personal data, read and acknowledge the Privacy Policy according to articles 13 and 14 of the UE regulation 679/2016, express your preferences regarding the processing purposes for which a specific user consent is required in conformity with the above mentioned Privacy Policy;
(c) provide an active and accessible email address (“Username”), and choose a personal access password (“Password”).
2.2 The Username and Password are the access credentials that univocally identify the user and allow him/her to log in to the site; therefore, they are strictly personal and cannot be used from two different workstations at the same time and they cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. The user must keep his/her registration data up to date and ensure that they are valid, truthful, accurate, and correct and that they do not violate the rights of third parties. The user will be unable to utilise the Service if he/she fails to fill out all fields indicated as compulsory in the on-line form requesting the user's personal data.
2.3 The user shall be fully responsible for all transactions conducted using his/her access credentials. Therefore the user must keep said credentials strictly confidential and secret and must inform UniCredit immediately, through the GeTicket Customer Service, if they are utilised without the user's authorisation. Each user shall be held fully liable for all actions or deeds performed using the user's access credentials; UniCredit cannot be held liable in any way for any improper or unlawful use of the access credentials by the user or any third party whatsoever.
2.4 Each user can only register once. It is, therefore, absolutely forbidden to create multiple accounts on the same natural person, despite the correctness of the data entered. In case of infringement, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 2.5 below, Unicredit reserves the right to shut down all the accounts connected to the same person. The User undertakes to take Unicredit safe and protected from any damage or liability obligation regarding this infringement referred to in this article.
2.5 UniCredit reserves the right to prevent a user from accessing the Service and to stop the validity of the access credentials, immediately and without notice, if it believes that the provisions of these general conditions for the utilisation of the Service have been substantively violated and/or if it established that:
(a) the user's data are not truthful, valid, accurate, correct, and/or up-to-date; and/or
(b) there have been events related to the unlawful use of the access credentials; and/or
(c) the Service has been used improperly or for unlawful purposes; and/or
(d) the tickets have been purchased for resale to third parties (even if without price increase); and/or
(e) there is a justified reason.
2.6 The Service is reserved to users who have attained legal age. If the user is a minor, he/she can utilise the Service by involving a parent or guardian.
3. Procedure to purchase Tickets and Products
3.1 The user can view the information regarding the Events and Products available for sale from time to time and select the Tickets and/or Products to be purchased.
3.2 The user can consult the information sheet concerning the Event and/or Product that interest him/her and read all related information and characteristics, pre-contractual information, and general sale conditions provided by the Organiser and/or Seller.
3.3 The purchase of the Ticket and/or Product is always subject to the prior reading of the pre-contractual information and to the approval, at the time of the completion of the purchase, of the general purchase conditions, prepared by the Organiser and/or Seller and found in the website pages concerning the Ticket and/or Product that the user intends to purchase.
3.4 The price of the Tickets and Products is shown in the related information sheet and includes any pre-sale fees and expenses applied by the Organiser and/or Seller. Any surcharges related to specific Events and/or Products shall be explicitly highlighted in the general summary page before the payment phase.
3.5 The prices of Tickets and Products, service commissions, and any shipping costs, as well as any other price shown on the Site are understood to include the applicable VAT.
3.6 The payment procedure must be completed entirely in order to finalise the purchase. The purchase transaction cannot be finalised if the payment procedure is not completed.
3.7 The price of the Ticket and/or Product is that communicated by the Organiser and/or Seller at the time the user completes the purchase transaction. Any lower price that might be applied after the user makes the purchase: - by the Organiser to tickets of the same type or for Events to be held on a given date; - by the Seller to the Product purchased by the user; does not entitle the user to be reimbursed the difference.
3.8 It is not possible, under any circumstances: - to replace the Ticket with a different Ticket for another Event; - to issue a copy of the Ticket.
3.9 It is absolutely prohibited the purchase of the tickets in order to resale them to third parties (even if without price increase); in this case Unicredit reserves the right to cancel the tickets and to report instances of abuse to the competent authorities in the context of secondary ticketing.
4. Payment methods and security measures
4.1 The user must pay the price indicated by the Site at the time of the purchase order, following the instructions given there each time. The payment method is shown in the general summary page that precedes the payment phase.
4.2 On-line transactions can be paid for by MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, VISA, and VISA ELECTRON credit card or other if otherwise specified in the summary page mentioned at the preceding point.
4.3 If the payment is not carried out correctly, UniCredit can cancel the related order at any time.
4.4 If the user claims the cancellation/invalidity/non-effectiveness of the payment order, UniCredit and the Seller retain the right to bring legal action, also through third parties mandated by UniCredit and the Seller, before the judicial bodies having jurisdiction, to recover from the user the payment due, in addition to the related charges and expenses and compensation for damages.
4.5 In order to ensure the greatest possible security, the on-line purchase transactions on the Site are conducted through a secure server, with VeriSign certification, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system.
5. Confirmation of purchase
5.1 The ticket will be issued only after the payment has been correctly processed on the credit card according to the previous article 4.2. The user will receive via email from the payment system the confirmation of the regular charge of the ticket price or the communication of payment failure.
5.2 Once the payment is finalized, the purchased ticket can be directly downloaded from the order confirmation page or by accessing the personal area with your own credentials from the menu “order list”.
5.3 Should the user, for any reason, be unable to download the purchased ticket, they can request to receive the ticket via email from the GeTicket Customer Care Service.
6. Delivery
6.1 The methods used to deliver Tickets and Products to the user-purchaser are specified in the general summary page that precedes the payment phase.
6.2 Various types of delivery are possible:
- COLLECTION AT THE BOX OFFICE: the user must call at the box office of the selected Event starting one hour before the Event and produce the printed purchase confirmation and an identification document. If the ticket is collected by a person mandated by the user, said person must have the collection voucher sent by UniCredit, a personal identification document, a delegation by the user, and a copy of an identification document of the user;
- COLLECTION AT A SALE POINT: unless otherwise provided in the pre-contractual information and in the general sale conditions provided by the Seller, the user must call at the sale point indicated by the Seller at the time the product was purchased and produce the printed confirmation of the purchase and an identification document. If the Product is collected by a person mandated by the user, said person must have the collection voucher sent by UniCredit, a personal identification document, a delegation by the user, and a copy of an identification document of the user;
- Print@home (submission of a document “printed at home con barcode”): if chosen by the user, if available during the purchasing process, the event can be accessed by showing the printout of the ticket downloaded from the personal area or during the purchasing process.
- DELIVERY TO THE USER'S RESIDENCE: when this option is available during the purchase process, the user can ask delivery at home by express courier. The user shall bear the shipping costs. The methods and terms of delivery are shown in the purchase confirmation available in the personal area. Delivery is done in accordance with timetables and costs that depend on the place of destination indicated by the user. The user must ensure that he/she communicated, correctly and without errors, the details of his/her residence and, if different, the address to which the purchased Ticket/Product is to be shipped.
7. Changes, rescheduling, or cancellation of the Event
7.1 In the event that the scheduling and/or time of an Event are changed, the ticket holder must address the Organiser directly to have the ticket replaced or the cost incurred reimbursed. The user takes note that the above-mentioned replacement and reimbursement transactions are conducted exclusively in accordance with the provision that the Organiser will communicate each time; in any case, the Organiser shall have exclusive responsibility for said rescheduling and cancellation of the Events.
7.2 The user takes note that the reimbursement does not cover either the commissions paid for the service provided or any ticket shipping costs. In addition, the Organiser shall have the right to exclude, from time to time, the reimbursement of the pre-sale fees. The user also takes not that, unless the Organiser provides otherwise, the shipping costs for the reimbursement requests shall be borne by the user.
8. GeTicket Customer Service
8.1 The GeTicket Customer Service is available to obtain information regarding the orders placed through the Site and regarding problems with the Site registration process or with access to the Site; it can be contacted as needed at the addresses indicated on the Site and at the email address servizioclienti@geticket.it.
8.2 In addition, the GeTicket Customer Service will provide the information and contact references of the Organisers and/or Sellers for the sale and post-sale activities.
8.3 For additional information on returns and withdrawals or to initiate a "Complaint" procedure, the user must refer to the terms, methods, and conditions specified by each Organiser and/or Seller for each Ticket and/or Product in the general sales conditions and/or contact the Customer Assistance Service of the Organiser and/or Seller from which the user made the purchase.
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1 letter n), of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 October 2005 (the “Consumer's Code”), the exercise of the right of withdrawal mentioned at articles 52 and following of said Consumer's Code is not applicable to the transactions for the purchase of Tickets finalised through the Service.
9.2 On the other hand, the right of withdrawal applies to the remote purchase of Products, provided that the user-purchaser qualifies as a Consumer in accordance with the Consumer's Code, unless said goods fall within the categories for which said right of withdrawal is expressly excluded by art. 59 of the Consumer's Code. In this case, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within the 14 days following the date on which the user acquired physical possession of the good purchased, or within the 14 days following the date on which the user concluded the contract for the service purchased.
9.3 The user is invited to read carefully the general sales conditions published on the Site by each Organiser and/or Seller for each Ticket and/or Product; said sales conditions specify the terms, methods, conditions, exclusions, and limitations concerning the exercise of the withdrawal right.
10. Limitation of liability and guarantees
10.1 Except in the case of malice or gross negligence, UniCredit does not assume any liability for damages, direct or indirect, of any nature, losses, harm, and expenses derived from the unavailability or malfunction of the Service and, specifically, of the Site.
10.2 UniCredit's liability is excluded in case of failure to comply with its contractual obligations due to force majeure, meaning any event that can be considered outside UniCredit's reasonable control, such as, by way of example: malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or errors due to the power or internet network and, in general, any action or deed, also of third parties, that is not under UniCredit's control or imputable to UniCredit, including cases of: i) unavailability or faulty operation of the on-line payment procedures; ii) cancellations and rescheduling of the Events by the Organiser; iii) delays of the express courier in delivering the Tickets and/or Products.
10.3 The user bears exclusive responsibility for equipping his/her electronic devices, used to access the Site through the internet network, with software and systems intended to guarantee secure navigation through the web and adequate protection from viruses and other malware.
10.4 When providing the Service, UniCredit acts also on behalf of third party Organisers and bears no responsibility in the management and organisation of the events published through its Service. In this regard, it is pointed out that the Events published through the Service can undergo changes independently of UniCredit's will. Therefore, UniCredit cannot be held liable in any way for any programme changes of the Events published through the Site and, for this reason, the user must verify, always and in all cases, the scheduled Events directly on the official site of the respective Organisers. Also, UniCredit cannot be held liable in any way for any damage, discomfort, inconvenience, or disservice experienced by the user of the Service for facts imputable to the Organisers and in case of cancellation or rescheduling by the Organisers of the Event for which the Service provided the Ticket.
10.5 All guarantees, including legal guarantees, related to the contents of the Sellers and to the Products object of the respective Offers, as well as any contractual relationship between the user and one or more Sellers are the exclusive responsibility and obligation of the respective Seller, which bears exclusive responsibility for the activity that it carries out, and is the only guarantor and entity responsible for the products and services offered. UniCredit does not provide any guarantee or endorsement of the contents, and of the completeness and correctness of the contents, offers and documents published on the Site in the Sellers' pages; also, UniCredit does not assume any responsibility regarding the products and/or services advertised by the Sellers and/or regarding the contents and the completeness and correctness of the pre-contractual information and of the general sale or service supply conditions prepared by the Sellers and displayed on the Site for each offer. Within the limits provided by the applicable law, UniCredit excludes any express or implicit guarantee and shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused by the use of this Site, including, merely by way of example, direct, indirect, accidental, punitive, and consequential damages. In addition, UniCredit shall not answer or assume any responsibility, obligation, or guarantee for any action, damage (including indirect damages), harm, loss, proceedings, penalty, or claim experienced by the user as a result of accessing the Site and navigating through it.
11. Industrial and intellectual property rights

12. Applicable law and Court having jurisdiction
12.1 These "Terms and Conditions for the use of the GeTicket site” are governed by Italian law.
12.2 If the user of the Service is a Consumer, any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, implementation and/or termination of legally relevant deeds related to the utilisation of the Service shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or elective domicile of the user.
12.3 If the user of the Service is not a Consumer, any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, implementation and/or termination of legally relevant deeds related to the utilisation of the Service shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

Privacy Policy of the UniCredit S.p.A. websites
Why this notice?
This page describes the methods of management of the Websites of UniCredit S.p.A., with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This is a disclosure made also under the terms of Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation EU 2016/679 to those who interact with the web services of UniCredit S.p.A., accessible by electronic means via the addresses:

The disclosure is based also on Recommendation No 2/2001 which the European Personal Data Protection Authority, meeting as the Working Party established by Art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the on-line gathering of personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that Data Controllers must provide to users when they visit web pages, irrespective of the purposes of the visit.
The "Data Controller"

Place of data processing
The processing of data connected with the web services of this site takes place at the above Headquarters and also at the office in Via Livio Cambi, 1, in Milan and is performed only by the personnel of UniCredit S.p.A., in charge of the processing, or by employees of UniCredit Services S.C.p.A., the "Data Processor" designated by the controller UniCredit S.p.A..
No personal data deriving from the web service is disseminated.
The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or task requested and are communicated to third parties only when necessary for this purpose.
Types of data processed
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the information systems and software procedures used for the functions of this websites acquire certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet, which is based on the TCP/IP protocol.
This is information which is not gathered to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by others, enable the users to be identified.
This category of data includes the "IP addresses" or domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting, the request to the web server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the web server (success, error, etc...) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the websites and to check the correct operation of the UniCredit S.p.A. websites.
It should be noted that the above data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of computer crime which harms the UniCredit S.p.A. website or the structures of the data processor UniCredit Services S.C.p.A., or other websites connected or linked to it: except in this case, the navigation data are deleted immediately after the related statistical processing and in any case, they are kept for 24 months from the time of collection.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Requests to send e-mail to the addresses indicated in the relevant section of the UniCredit S.p.A. website entail the subsequent acquisition of certain personal data of the applicant, including the applicant's e-mail address, necessary to respond to the requests.
Specific summary disclosures will be progressively contained or displayed on the pages of the website prepared for these particular services on request.
Cookies
A cookie is a small "text file" that some websites, while they are being visited, may send to the address of the user who is visiting them in order to trace the manifested preferences and gather data in an exclusively anonymous form to improve the services and user-friendliness of the website itself. For these reasons, during navigation of its site, the UniCredit web server may also exchange cookies with the users' computers. All users may in any case, if they so choose, set their browsers in such a way as to receive a warning of the presence of a cookie and decide whether to accept it or refuse it. It is also possible to refuse the reception of cookies automatically activating the specific option in the browser: failure to use cookies, however, could entail difficulties in interaction with the Bank's website.
Call Center
The systems and procedures arranged for operation of the Bank's Call Center acquire certain data in relation to customers' calls. This category includes the caller's remote number (if not hidden), the navigation data in the IVR call flow (that is the actions/key pad inputs that the customer performs to gain access to the various services), duration of the call, and, only in the cases expressly envisaged and after notifying the caller, audio recording of the call.
The above data are processed in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Call Center, to check that it is operating correctly and to ensure its security, as well as for the aware of responsibility in the event of any crimes that damage the Bank or its customers.
Optionality of conferment of personal data
Apart from the details provided for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data included in the specific electronic request forms, in the sections of the website prepared for the particular services on request.
It should be noted, however, that failure to provide such information may make it impossible to fulfil the request.
Processing method and security measures
The personal data are processed with automated and non-automated instruments, only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been gathered. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized access.
In particular, in the sections of the website prepared for particular services, where personal data are requested from users navigating the site, the channel through which the data transit is encrypted by means of a security technology entitled Secure Sockets Layer & Transport Layer Security, abbreviated as SSL/TLS. The SSL/TLS technology makes available an encrypted channel in which information transits before it is exchanged via the Internet between the user's computer and the UniCredit S.p.A. central systems, making it incomprehensible to unauthorized persons and thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information transmitted.
The use of SSL/TLS requires however a compatible browser capable of "swapping" a security key with a minimum length of 128 bits, necessary to establish the said secure connection with the UniCredit S.p.A. central systems.
Rights of data subjects
The data subjects to whom the personal data – which may be collected in the aforementioned specific sections – refer, have the right, pursuant to art. 15 and following of the above mentioned Regulation, to know at any time what personal data are held by UniCredit S.p.A. and how these data are used (Right of access), to obtain updating, correction or, if there is interest, integration, as well as cancellation, anonymization or limitation and may at any time revoke, where issued, consent to the processing of data: for purposes of sending commercial and advertising material, for direct sales or market research (i.e. direct marketing) and for profiling and marketing enrichment purposes.
