Ticket delivery: Covid-19 update

Dear Customer,
we inform you that due to the health emergency and the measures taken against the spread of Covid-19, the delivery of tickets by courier may be delayed.
We remind you that you can alternatively choose the Ticketless option, which provides for the download of the ticket in PDF in your personal area at the end of the purchase procedure.

How to use the parking reservation
1. The parking reservation gives the right to park one car in the reserved parking even tough it is declared full (“completo”)
2. You can get into the parking starting from 10.00 AM of the reserved day. The reservation is valid until 10.00 AM of the next day booked
3. Please, refer to the map attached to see directions to the booked parking

4. Once you get into the parking after having get the entry ticket at the column, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PASS AT THE CASH DESK, in order to take the exit ticket (not to be paid), its receipt, and in order to avoid the queue when you will be getting out of the parking.
5. The purchased product allows ONLY one parking access.
6. If the customer uses Telepass device to get access to the parking, is invited to get to the parking office with the booking voucher and the Telepass device to provide the ID code and request the immediate cancellation of transaction.


• If the reserved parking is declared full (“completo”) or the entry columns closed, please call on the entrance phone and be ready to tell the reservation number: your place within the parking is guaranteed
• Only for Parking Arena, in case the street corso di Porta Nuova is blocked by Police you are allowed to show the reservation so that you can arrive to the parking
